जनता ने दिया सबको मौका, लेकिन नेता जी दे गये धोखा

-कांग्रेस, जनता पार्टी, बसपा और भाजपा सब को अपनाया, लेकिन हाथ कुछ न आया

हाथरस के प्रथम विधायक ननंदकुमार देेेव शिष्ठ

*हाथरस।* भले ही हाथरस ने लोकतंत्र में भरपूर समर्थन और सम्मान दिखाया है, लेकिन यहां की मुद्दा विहीन राजनीति जनता के साथ सिर्फ और सिर्फ छलावा ही साबित हुई है। यहां की जनता ने कांग्रेस, जनता पार्टी, बहुजन समाज पार्टी व भाजपा सभी को मौका दिया, लेकिन दलगत राजनीति ने क्षेत्र व यहां की जनता के लिए सिर्फ एक धोखा ही साबित हुई हैं।

*जिले के नाम पर सिर्फ बिखराव*

जिला बनाने की क्षेत्र की बरसों पुरानी मांग भले ही बसपा ने रामवीर उपाध्याय के माध्यम से पूरी की, लेकिन आपसी स्वार्थों के चलते जिले के नाम पर सिर्फ बिखराव दे दिया। और वह भी कागजों में। जबकि धरातल पर केवल कलेक्ट्रेट व एसपी कार्यालय को छोड़ दें तो पूरे जिलास्तरीय कार्यालय भी अभी तक स्थापित नहीं हो पाये हैं। जिला कारागार का ना बन पाना भी पोच राजनीति का एक उदाहरण है।

*आजादी के बाद लगातार औद्योगिक क्षेत्र का हुआ ह्रास*

आजादी के बाद क्षेत्र में व्यपार की खस्ता होती हालत का श्रेय भी यहां की पोच नेतानगरी को ही जाता है। क्योंकि हाथरस में सैंकड़ों की संख्या में दाल मिल थे और बहुत ऊचे स्तर पर दाल-दलहा उद्योग था, लेकिन ओछी राजनीतिक सोच व लूट-खसोट की बीमारी के चलते यहां पर कोई भी व्यापारिक हब स्थापित नहीं हो सका। इसी सोच के चलते यहां का हींग उद्योग भी अन्यत्र बिखराव की ओर है। रंग-गुलाल का कारोबार भी अन्यत्र क्षेत्रों में पहुँचता जा रहा है।

*आइये जानते हैं हाथरस ने किस-किस को दिया कितनी बार मौका*

हाथरस की जनता ने लोकतंत्र को सम्मान देते हुए सर्व प्रथम वर्ष 1952 से लेकर वर्ष 1962 तक भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस के नंद कुमार देव वशिष्ठ को लगातार तीन बार चुन कर विधानसभा भेजा। वर्ष 1967 में भारतीय जनसंघ से रामसरन सिंह को जिताया। वर्ष 1969 में भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस से के ही पं. प्रेमचंद शर्मा को विधायक बनाया। वह स्वस्थ राज्य मंत्री भी रहे। वर्ष 1974 में भी भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस के नारायण हरि शर्मा को यहां से जिता कर भेजा। जबकि वर्ष 1977 में जनता पार्टी के रामसरन सिंह को पुन: मौका दिया और जीत दिलाई। वर्ष 1980 में जनता पार्टी के ही पं. सूरजभान को विधायक बनाया। वर्ष 1985 में कांग्रेस के ही नारायण हरि शर्मा को पुन: मौका दिया और विधायका बनाकर भेजा। इसके बाद भी क्षेत्र के विकास को लेकर कोई भी पहल नहीं हुई तो यहां की जनता ने वर्ष 1989 व वर्ष 1991 के चुनाव में लगातार दो बार जनता दल के ही रामसरन सिंह को जीत दी। आंकड़े बदले तो 1993 में भाजपा के राजवीर सिंह पहलवान को जिता कर विधानसभा भेजा, लेकिन कोई फायदा नहीं हुआ। तो जनता ने पुन: परीक्षण किया और मौका दिया एक नये चेहरे को। जिसका नाम था पं. रामवीर उपाध्याय। वर्ष 1996, 2002 व वर्ष 2007 का चुनाव लगातार बसपा से रामवीर उपाध्याय ने जीता और बदले में जनता को मिला जिले का लॉलीपॉप। सीट आरक्षित होने के बावजूद भी यहां की जनता ने अभियान जारी रखा तरक्की की उम्मीद में एक बार फिर से वर्ष 2012 का चुनाव भी बसपा की झोली में डाल दिया और विधायक के रूप में गेंदालाल को जिताया। इसके बाद वर्ष 2017 के चुनाव में जनता ने भाजपा पर विश्वास जताया और भाजपा के हरीशंकर माहौर को विधान सभा भेजा। कुल मिलाकर जनता ने बार-बार उम्मीद जताई, लेकिन हाथ में केवल छलावा ही आया।

 * Hathras. * Even though Hathras has shown a lot of support and respect in democracy, but the issueless politics here has proved to be only a deception with the public.  The people here gave opportunity to Congress, Janata Party, Bahujan Samaj Party and BJP, but party politics has proved to be only a hoax for the region and the people here.

 *Only scatter in the name of the district*

 Even though the BSP fulfilled the long-standing demand of the area to create a district through Ramveer Upadhyay, but due to mutual interests, only scattered in the name of the district.  And that too on paper.  While leaving only the Collectorate and SP office on the ground, the entire district level office has not been established yet.  Non-construction of district jail is also an example of poach politics.

 *continuous decline of industrial sector after independence*

 After independence, the credit for the deteriorating condition of business in the region also goes to the Poch Netanagari here.  Because there were hundreds of pulses mills in Hathras and pulses and pulses industry at a very high level, but due to poor political thinking and the disease of plunder, no trading hub could be established here.  Due to this thinking, the asafetida industry here is also on the verge of disintegration.  The business of paint and gulal is also reaching other areas.

 Let's know how many times Hathras gave chance to whom?

 Giving respect to democracy, the people of Hathras first elected Nand Kumar Dev Vashisht of the Indian National Congress three times in a row and sent it to the assembly from 1952 to 1962.  Won Ramsaran Singh from Bharatiya Jana Sangh in the year 1967.  In the year 1969, Pt Premchand Sharma was made MLA from the Indian National Congress.  He was also the Minister of State for Health.  In the year 1974 also, Narayan Hari Sharma of the Indian National Congress was sent to win from here.  Whereas in the year 1977, Ramsaran Singh of Janata Party was given a chance again and got victory.  In the year 1980, Pt. Suraj Bhan of the Janata Party was made MLA.  In the year 1985, Narayan Hari Sharma of Congress was again given a chance and sent as MLA.  Even after this, no initiative was taken for the development of the area, so the people of this area won Ramsaran Singh of Janata Dal twice in the elections of 1989 and 1991.  If the figures changed, in 1993, BJP's Rajveer Singh Pehalwan was sent to the assembly after winning, but to no avail.  So the public tested again and gave a chance to a new face.  Whose name was Pt. Ramveer Upadhyay.  Ramveer Upadhyay won the elections of year 1996, 2002 and year 2007 from BSP and in return the public got lollipop of the district.  Despite the seat being reserved, the people here continued the campaign in the hope of progress, once again the 2012 elections were also put in the bag of BSP and won Gendalal as MLA.  After this, in the 2017 elections, the public expressed confidence in the BJP and sent Harishankar Mahour of the BJP to the Legislative Assembly.  Overall, the public expressed hope again and again, but only deceit came in hand.
